Regulatory Framework for Licensing Cybersecurity Services, Products, and Solutions

As the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) is the national entity in charge of cybersecurity in the Kingdom, it undertakes several key responsibilities, including establishing policies, governance mechanisms, frameworks, standards, regulations, and controls related to cybersecurity, licensing individuals and non-governmental entities to carry out activities and operations related to cybersecurity, stimulating the growth of the cybersecurity sector in the Kingdom, and encouraging innovation and investment in it. 
The purpose of the Regulatory Framework for, Products, and Solutions project is to establish the minimum requirements for obtaining a license to provide cybersecurity services, products, or licensing Cybersecurity Service solutions in the Kingdom, and to ensure that these services, products, and solutions are delivered with the highest levels of efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability.
