Registration of cybersecurity solutions, services, and products providers
On April 25, 2022, the NCA launched an online service provider registration platform for any entity providing cybersecurity service or solutions or products in the Kingdom. The registration on the NCA’s digital platform is a regulatory requirement starting from August 1, 2022.

Who should register?
Any entity that provides cybersecurity solutions or services or products in the Kingdom
Licenses to provide Managed Security Operations Center (MSOC) services
Overview
In accordance with its mandate issued by Royal Order No. (6801) dated 11/2/1439 AH, which includes stimulating the growth of the cybersecurity sector in the Kingdom, encouraging innovation and investment in it, and licensing individuals and non-governmental entities to carry out activities and operations related to cybersecurity; NCA has announced the opening of license applications to provide managed security operations center services in the Kingdom on August 28, 2024 for a period of 60 days, ended on October 27, 2024.
License Applications for Tier 2 of Managed Cybersecurity Operations Center (MSOC) are still open. This is part of the Kingdom's efforts to regulate and develop the cybersecurity sector, ultimately strengthening national cybersecurity and improving services for national entities.
