The National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) showcased promising opportunities in the Kingdom's cybersecurity sector and the enablers it offers to cybersecurity entrepreneurs and investors during its participation in the “Invest Saudi” pavilion, organized by the Saudi Investment Promotion Authority at Web Summit 2025, held in Lisbon, Portugal, on November 10-13, 2025.
NCA's participation comes in alignment with its strategic objectives to develop the cybersecurity sector and human capital, attract domestic and international investment to the Kingdom's cybersecurity market, and stay up to date with global trends in the sector. These efforts contribute to creating an integrated ecosystem that opens broader horizons for the growth of research and innovation, development of capabilities, and enabling a promising generation of researchers, innovators, and entrepreneurs in cybersecurity.
Through the Saudi pavilion at Web Summit, NCA showcased a number of cybersecurity startups participating in the Cybersecurity Accelerator Program to demonstrate their cybersecurity products to international experts, specialists, and technology leaders. NCA also discussed innovative solutions to address cybersecurity industry challenges across sectors during the panel discussions and workshops held alongside the summit.

It aims to strengthening cybersecurity to safeguard the State’s vital interests, national security, critical infrastructures, priority sectors, and government services and activities.
