NCA Launches Public Consultation on the “Cybersecurity Violations Classification and Corresponding Penalties” Document

The National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) has invited the general public and government entities to submit their feedback on the “Cybersecurity Violations Classification and Corresponding Penalties,” which is related to NCA’s statutory powers issued by Royal Decree No. (M/117) dated 21/6/1446 AH, and aims to strengthen cybersecurity in the Kingdom. 

 

The document outlines cybersecurity violations according to their classification, the corresponding penalties, and other related provisions. NCA set Friday, 24 July 2026 (10 Safar 1448 AH), as the deadline for submitting feedback through the Public Consultation Platform “Istitlaa”.
