As Part of the Cybersecurity Fostering Program for Hajj Season 1447 AH .. More than 3,500 Beneficiaries from the Cybersecurity Awareness Sessions for Personnel of National Entities Participating in the Hajj season

The National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) has disclosed that more than 3,500 personnel of the national entities participating in this year’s Hajj season benefited from the cybersecurity awareness sessions aimed at raising cybersecurity awareness, building a high‑level cyber culture among national‑entity personnel, and reinforcing the values of safeguarding national security; this comes as part of the initiatives of the Cybersecurity Fostering Program for Hajj season 1447 AH, which NCA implements to strengthen cybersecurity during the Hajj season and support national efforts to harness all capabilities in delivering the best services to the pilgrims. 

The awareness sessions covered the concept and importance of cybersecurity at the national level, introduced the tasks and responsibilities of entities and individuals within this framework, highlighted behaviors that contribute to protection from cyber risks, and explained the user’s role in enhancing cybersecurity, among other topics targeting leaders, executive directors, cybersecurity specialists, and personnel of national entities participating in the Hajj season at various levels, through 19 specialized awareness sessions. 

The cybersecurity awareness sessions directed at the personnel of national entities are part of achieving joint integration among entities in the field of cybersecurity awareness, contributing to strengthening national cybersecurity to reduce risks, enhance trust, and enable growth, in order to achieve a resilient, secure, and Saudi cyberspace that enables growth and prosperity.
