NCA has asked interested parties from the public and stakeholders to give their feedback on the Cloud Computing Cybersecurity Controls Draft Document to fulfill its rule in organizing and protecting the kingdom’s cyberspace and engaging the stakeholders and the public in order to produce efficient policies and legislation. All of this stems from NCA’s efforts to reinforce and protect the Kingdom’s vital interests, national security, critical national infrastructure, high priority sector and government services and activities.
It’s important to note that NCA has developed the Cloud Computing Controls after studying a number of international cybersecurity measures, frameworks, and practices. These controls are an extension to the Essential Cybersecurity Controls that aim to provide the minimum cybersecurity requirements in cloud computing to both the providers and the subscribers, in order to enable them in providing and using these services securely and minimizing the cyber threats on cloud computing services.
NCA urged interested parties from both stakeholders and the public to participate using the provided form via this link www.nca.gov.sa/en/pages/ccc.html before Wednesday 16/7/1441 corresponding to 11/3/2020 AD.
