The National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) organized three cyber drill exercises during the first quarter of 2020 between 28/01/2020 and 19/02/2020.
Over twenty incident response teams from national entities from various sectors have participated in these exercises, such as telecommunication, health, aviation, electric and water, finance and media sector, along with cybersecurity experts.
These exercises involved a simulation for a cyber incident, where each entity examines the implementation of the response procedure. This cyber drill intends to improve shared experiences within the national entities, increase the level of their readiness, coordinate effectively between cybersecurity related entities, and ensure applying the best standards in crisis management and incident response.
