Requirements for Obtaining a Research Grant


The applicant for the grant must be a lead researcher of the proposed project and is responsible of completing all the requirements


Submit all required and necessary documents on time, both during and after the completion of the proposed project


Apply for the grant within the designated application period and complete all registration requirements


Adhere to scientific integrity and ethical research principles throughout the research process.


The research project must be completed within a maximum timeframe of one year


The research must be original and not previously published, derived, or copied

An active employed researcher or expert with a recent research record for the last 5 years in cybersecurity or related fields and can be classified as follows:

A faculty member or researcher in an academic or research institution based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
A researcher or expert in a national or private sector entity based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
