The National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) offers a suite of enabling programs designed to bolster the cyber-readiness of national entities. These initiatives address critical cybersecurity challenges through advanced, qualitative measures.

Managed Detection and Response (MDR) Provides round-the-clock (24/7) cyber threat detection and incident response services, significantly enhancing the national entity's cyber defense capabilities and reducing the impact of potential security incidents.

Cyber Enablement Package A comprehensive and diverse set of eleven (11) cyber services across four (4) key areas: penetration testing and cyber vulnerability assessment, cybersecurity architecture, cybersecurity risk management, and cybersecurity governance.

Cybersecurity Augmentation Program for Government Cloud Hosted Entities (Deem) Offers testing and assessment services to identify and remediate cyber vulnerabilities during cloud migration. It also includes managed monitoring and response services for hosted systems.

CISO Office Support Provides managed and consultative cybersecurity services, offering strategic and technical guidance to national entities. This leverages the expertise of leading cybersecurity specialists with extensive experience to support the development and maturity of cybersecurity programs.

Network Cybersecurity Augmentation
Focuses on analyzing and addressing vulnerabilities within network infrastructure, including network designs and devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Infrastructure Cybersecurity Augmentation Focuses on analyzing and addressing vulnerabilities within core IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage systems, and critical systems.

Brand Protection
Aims to mitigate fraudulent activities by monitoring online content and app stores for impersonations of national entities' digital identities. The service includes support for filtering and removing such malicious content.

Protection from Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) Attacks Provides specialized services to safeguard websites and networks against DDoS attacks, which can disrupt services and cause significant reputational and financial damage.

Corrective Action Plans The authority assigns a compliance officer to the national entity to oversee the development of necessary corrective action plans aimed at improving compliance level. The officer will then periodically monitor the entity's progress in implementing these plans.

Verification of Corrective Action Implementation Assesses the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions in achieving targeted compliance level. This involves a compliance assessor visiting the national entity to review the implemented actions and ensure their efficacy. This service is activated for entities demonstrating significant progress in their periodic compliance reports.
