E-Participation

 

The National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) is committed to fostering electronic participation (E-Participation) from all beneficiaries and users of its services, including those interested in cybersecurity matters within Saudi Arabia. Through its e-participation policy, NCA invites all segments of society to share their opinions, comments, ideas, constructive suggestions, or experiences via the E-participation channels provided on its website or social media platforms. This initiative aims to enhance societal involvement in decision-making and to improve the quality of the provided services. NCA carefully reviews all electronic submissions, evaluating them in accordance with the terms and conditions of electronic participation. It reserves the right to decide whether or not to publish or delete content, without being obligated to provide an explanation. The authority, its employees, representatives, and contractors shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the publication of comments or notes through electronic participation channels.

 

Terms and Conditions for E-Participation

 

  • E-Participation should be conducted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • All participation should be submitted in clear, concise, and objective language, avoiding any personal information or references to personal communication.
  • Offensive or immoral content is strictly prohibited.
  • Each user may submit only one participation per topic.
  • Participation should be focused on the presented topic and avoid addressing multiple topics simultaneously.
  • Personal criticism that does not contribute to the enrichment of the presented idea is discouraged.
  • NCA’s website pages and social platforms shall not be used for any commercial, promotional, or other unauthorized purposes.
  • The misuse of NCA's E-Participation systems, resulting in interference with their performance, security, reliability, speed, continuity, intended functionality, or preventing others from benefiting from these systems, is prohibited.
