Globally, the cybersecurity sector faces a major shortage of skilled professionals, and the gap between supply and demand is widening. To address this issue, NCA is focused on building national capabilities and rehabilitating individuals by offering specialized training programs and cyber drills. These programs target employees of national entities and recent graduates from Saudi universities and colleges.
